Take a Break
Take a Break provides a short cooling-off period during which you cannot enter new Competitions.
The available periods will be displayed before you confirm your selection.
Self-exclude
Self-exclusion provides a longer restriction during which you cannot enter new Competitions.
The available periods will be displayed before you confirm your selection.
Independent Support
If entering competitions or similar activities becomes difficult to control, free and confidential support is available from GamCare.
